Sunil Naidu (Chairman)

Sunil Naidu has been a manager at Newscorp for a number of years and has had various posts in large corporations. He has been involved in various volunteer work over the past 30 years and was pivotal in setting up Health in Kind Foundation by drawing inspiration from humanitarian projects within Australia and abroad.

Minay Lodhiya (Secretary)

Minay Lodhiya is the Director, Stratgic Financial Initiatives at the University of Melbourne. He provides leadership in business transformation, strategy and delivery of key financial initiatives across the University. He has developed comprehensive knowledge in financial management, analysis and leadership through his experience in various industries through his career. He has been Health in Kind and Heart of Love from its inception and is one of the lead administrators for Health in Kind.

Dr Devi McAlpine
(MBBS, FRAC GP, FAChPM)

Dr Devi is a physician who completed her initial training at the University of Queensland and now works in Victoria. She gets involved in medical service projects across the country.

Dr Hemah Sakarapani
(MBBS (WA) FRACGP)

Dr Hemah studied and graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2000. Coming from a family of medical practitioners, Dr Hemah did her training in Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and Fremantle Hospital prior to completing her General Practice qualifications and obtaining fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practice.

Dr Hemah brings with her more than two decades of general practice experience. She has a keen interest in preventative healthcare and chronic disease management as well as bariatric medicine. A firm believer in the holistic approach to healthcare, Dr Hemah also has certification in Ayurvedic Medicine and provides health education to students from refugee and migrant backgrounds.

Helen Martino-Bailey RN

Helen is a Registered Nurse, Complementary Therapist, Health and Wellbeing Coach, Business Owner and Author who has spent more than 30 years in the health industry. She volunteers her time in various service projects in Western Australia and across the country.

Raj Naidu

Raj Naidu is a small business owner. His career beginning in the Electrical field and transitioning into Projects and Facilities Management roles along with experience in Asset growth strategies has given him a good foundation to own and manage his small business Interests. Volunteer work with children, youth, refugees and families and the elderly led him to be involved in Health In Kind.

Dharmesh Kewalram
(B Com, PGDA, CA.)

Dharmesh Kewalram is a senior finance professional with over 30 years of diverse industry experience gained in professional practice, large listed corporations, Tertiary Educational institutions, not-for-profits and start-ups. He is currently the Deputy Chief Financial Officer at the University of Notre Dame Australia. Dharmesh is passionate about volunteering and contributing to societal well-being initiatives with involvement in varying degrees for the last 35 years. With Health In Kind, he assists with various aspects including Finance and Corporate Governance.
